Services for Alberta Goff Johnston will be held Saturday August 15, 2015 3:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church in Greenwood, MS.

Mrs. Johnston, age 90 died on Sunday August 09, 2015 at Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs FL of Heart Failure

She was born on February 27, 1925 in Moss Point, MS to the late Albert and Idella Prouse Goff and resided in Greenwood most of her life before moving to Sanford FL. She was a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church in Greenwood. She retired from Federal Land Bank after 25 years of service. She is preceded in death by her husband William Edward Johnston and a son Albert Means Johnston.

She is survived by Son, William E. "Bill" Johnston of Greenwood, MS. Sister, Inez Goff Parsell of Sanford, FL, two Grandchildren, Christine J. Polk, and Albert M. Johnston, two Great Grandchildren, Wil Polk, and Sarah Polk.

Visitation will be held on Saturday August 15, 2015 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church in Greenwood. Dr. Rusty Douglas will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Harris Powers III, Walter Jordan III, Morgan Gulledge, Michael Morgan, Wilson Polk, and Albert M. Johnston. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
