Services for Annette Barrett Smith will be held Sunday, October 14, 2018 2:00 PM graveside in Moore's Memorial Cemetery in Carroll County.

Mrs. Smith, age 81, died on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.

She was born on April 6, 1937 to John Carroll and Dess Henderson Barrett in Merigold, MS. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and served in the Sunday School nursery and outreach program. She retired from Delta Distributing Company after 45 years.

She is predeceased by her husband, Garnet W. Smith, Jr., brother, Donald Barrett, and her parents.

She is survived by her son, John (Wanda) Smith; daughter, Judy Smith (Lee) McGinnis; five grandchildren, Christie McGinnis, Daniel McGinnis, Melissa Jones (Joey) Metz, Sharon Jones, B.J. (Tina) Jones; six great grandchildren; and a great-great grandchild.

Rev Lanny Haley will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Daniel McGinnis, B.J. Jones, Larry Carver, Cody Beam, Brenton Wilson, Mike McLellan, Zackery Metz and Frank Holly.
