Services for Billy Lynn Tindall will be held Sunday, May 01, 2016, at 2:00 PM at the Wilson & Knight Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood, MS.
Mr. Tindall, age 79, died on Thursday, April 28, 2016, at his residence.
He was born on October 17, 1936, in Carroll County, MS to the late L.F. and Lorene Corder Tindall, in Carroll County and resided in the Greenwood area all his life. Mr. Tindall retired from Supreme Electronics after 37 years. He was a member of the West President Church of Christ, was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is survived by his Wife, Sarah "Jannie" Tindall, of Greenwood, MS, Daughter, Cindy (Harold) Floyd of Greenwood, MS, Son, Danny R. Jones of Horn Lake, MS, Sister, Sylvia (Bill) Scott of Greenville, MS, two Grandchildren, Tiffani (Frank) Powell and Hayley Floyd, two Great Grandchildren, Noah Powell and Micah Powell, Nephew, John Branum of Greenville, MS, and a Niece, Diane Storey of FL.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2016 ,from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood. Mark Shiers and Mike Schmitz will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Michael Hony, Bill Daves, Dustin Sullivan, Jason Alford, John Ferguson, and Jason Hatcher. Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery.
