Brenda Nell Collins O'Bryant, 77, of Greenwood, MS, died Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at her residence. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Evergreen Cemetery in North Carrollton, MS, with visitation from 12 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home. Bro. Wilton Neal will officiate.

Mrs. O'Bryant was born October 2, 1947, in Greenwood, MS, to Doctor Stevenson Collins and Zula Juanita Logan Collins. She worked for Tol Thomas Egypt Plantation and later retired from Greenwood Utilities after 43 years of service as a clerk. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Alton O'Bryant; granddaughter, Erin Elyzabeth Whitaker; and her parents.

She is survived by two daughters, Janet Robinson and husband Steve of Henderson, TN, and Jeanette Whitaker of Greenwood, MS; two sons, Kirk O'Bryant of Greenwood, MS, and Kris O'Bryant of Carrollton, MS; brother, Steve Collins and wife Lisa of Hernando, MS; sister, Martha Whiteard and husband Raymond of Greenwood, MS;  four grandchildren, Presley Beth Robinson Taylor and husband Mason of Lexington, TN, Jantzen Robinson of Martin, TN, Clayton Michael Whitaker of Grenada, MS, and Tyler Collins O'Bryant of Carrollton, MS; and one great-granddaughter, Palmer Kate Taylor of Lexington, TN.

Pallbearers will be David Randolph, Gerry Carter, Randy "Clod" Henderson, Ricky Harper, Mark Boone, and Mike Whitaker. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Robinson and Mason Taylor.
