Services for Amon Olin Devoe Williams will be held Wednesday, April 25, 2018 1:00 PM graveside in Evergreen Cemetery in North Carrollton, MS.

Mr. Williams, age 61, died on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS.

He was born on November 5, 1956 in Meridian, MS. He retired from Southern Pipe after 35 years of service. He loved spending time with his dogs, playing guitars with his friends, working on old cars, and riding motorcycles. He is preceded in death by his daughters, Allyson Nicole Williams, and Lauren Williams, and his mother, Johnnie Mills.

He is survived by his wife, Julie Williams of Meridian, MS; son, Colby Williams of Madison, MS; and brother, Mark Griffin of Meridian, MS.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood. Rev. Bernard Wiggins will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Dewayne Wiggins, Wayne Cox, Jim Harrell, Glenn Nail, Billy Humphrey, and Teddy Strickland. Honorary Pallbearer will be Charles Howell.
