Services for Tyrus Allen "Dusty" Watkins will be held Friday September 19, 2014 2:00 PM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood, MS.

Mr. Watkins, age 64 died on Tuesday September 16, 2014 at his Residence.

He was born on May 09, 1950 in Greenwood, MS to Tyrus and Martha Cole Watkins in Greenwood and resided in the Greenwood area most of his life. He was a graduate of Cruger Tchula Academy. He was the owner and operator of Thunder Hill Timber Company, and was an avid hunter, fisherman, and Ole Miss fan.

He is survived by Wife, Ladonna Watkins of Carrollton, MS. Son, Allen (Samantha) Watkins of Madison, MS, 2 Daughters, Kelly (Brent) Carver of Madison, MS, and Kristy (Chad) McIntyre of Stewart, MS, 7 Grandchildren, Brody Watkins, Sadie Watkins, Charlie Thompson, Hollie Hambrick, Hadley Hambrick, Carson Carver, and Payden McIntyre.

Visitation will be held on Friday September 19, 2014 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood. Rev Jerry McNeer will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be, Jay Cutts, Tommy Watkins, Chuck Elliott, Jim Guest, Charlie Mac Wade, Andy Braswell, Jim McNeer, and Carlis Gerchin. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
