Ellen Bratton Jacks, 52, passed away at her residence Friday, April 3, 2020. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Wilson & Knight Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Ellen Bratton was born August 17, 1967. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Itta Bena, and a current member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Greenwood. Ellen graduated from Pillow Academy in Greenwood, and attended Mississippi Delta Community College.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Bratton. She is survived by her three sons, Steven Winstead of Greenwood, MS, Jayson Jacks of Greenwood, MS, and Jeff Jacks of Greenwood, MS; mother, Lynn Bratton of Greenwood, MS; and three brothers, Johnny Bratton of Huntsville, AL, Danny Bratton of Long Beach, MS, and Rex Bratton of Itta Bena, MS.
