Services for Eva C. Jones will be held Thursday October 29, 2015 01:00 PM at Graveside in Forrest Park Cemetery in Forrest City AR.
Mrs. Jones, age 87 died on Sunday October 25, 2015 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital of Heart Failure.
She was born on February 23, 1928 to the Eugene and Essie Miller Jones in Forrest City AR and resided in Fort Myers FL before moving to Greenwood 9 years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of North Greenwood Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul Strickland, Brother Roy Jones, and two sisters, Eula Mae Bourne, and Edna Lucas.
She is survived by Brother, Wallace and his wife Lesley Jones of Brackettville, TX, two Nieces, Brenda and her husband David Danehower of Greenwood, MS, Suzanne and her husband Bob Cockrum of Fort Smith, AR, and a Nephew, Jim and his wife Claudia Bourne of Little Rock, AR.
Burial will be in Forrest Park Cemetery in Forrest City AR.
Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army. Wilson and Knight Funeral Home is in charge. Online guest book may be signed at www.wilsonandknight.com
