Funeral Services for Frances Rabb House will be held Tuesday August 5, 2014 2:00 PM at Graveside in Glenwood Cemetery in Yazoo City MS.

Mrs. House, age 98, died on Friday August 01, 2014 at the Crystal Health and Rehab of heart failure. She was born on July 22, 1916 to Robert and Pearl Dow) Banister in Indianapolis Indiana and moved to Greenwood in 1918. She was a graduate of Greenwood City Schools and Draughan's Business College. She was retired as an executive director of American Red Cross, and Leflore County Veteran's Service Officer. She was a long time member of First United Methodist Church, where she served in many positions, and was a member Chakchiuma chapter of the DAR having served as Regent, member of Friends of Cottonlandia, and Early Families of Leflore County. She is preceded in death by her husbands William Craig Rabb, Sr, and Col. Kenneth House, 2 sons William Craig Rabb, Jr, and Charles Banister Rabb.

She is survived by 5 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 5, 2014 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood.
