All over Heaven they heard our Father God saying, "Welcome home, Francis Kelly Flautt."

Kelly was born January 4, 1963, at the old hospital in Clarksdale, MS to his loving parents Jack Flautt, Sr. and Martha Kelly Flautt of Swan Lake, MS.

Kelly passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 60, suddenly from a massive heart attack. Kelly was a resident of Florida and spent 48 years at The Duvall Home in Deland, FL, which specializes in compassionately caring for those with special needs and development disabilities.

Kelly was preceded in death by his father, mother, and brother, Jack Graham Flautt, Jr. of Swan Lake, MS. Kelly is survived by two loving sisters, Jane Flautt Bush of Hernando, MS, his angel guardian Ruth Flautt Bergeron, and his dedicated brother-in-law Scott Malcolm Bergeron of Baton Rouge, LA. Kelly leaves behind many other relatives. Kelly's family extends a special thanks to all the loving staff of The Duvall Home.

A private family burial for Kelly was held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Sumner, MS on March 8, 2024. Pastor Lewis Morris of Ingleside U.M.C. in Baton Rouge, LA officiated at Kelly's burial service.
