Services for Jack Parker Jr. will be held Sunday, March 17, 2019 1:00 PM at Rice Chapel Methodist Church in Lamar, MS.

Mr. Parker, age 72, died on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.

He was born on October 2, 1946 in Lambert, MS, to the late Jessie Walter and Millie Lavelle Collins Parker, lived in Greenwood, MS, and was retired from Viking Range. Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing and spoiling his granddaughter. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and seven brothers.

He is survived by his daughter, Amy Lavelle Juanita Parker of Cleveland, TN; sons, Jack Junior Parker and Jeromy Wade Parker of Cleveland, TN; granddaughter, Kadance Nicole Nation of Cleveland, TN; and sister, Sherlon Cotton of Batesville, MS.

Bro. Walter will officiate the services. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Lamar, MS.
