Janet Marlene Henderson, 75, of Greenwood, MS, died December 20, 2025, at Delta Regional Hospital in Greenville, due to complications. A celebration of life  will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.  Sunday, January 18, 2026 at First Baptist Church in Greenwood, MS.

She was born October 15, 1950, in Greenwood, MS, to James and Marlene Sivley. She worked for Walmart for twenty-three years, then she retired to take care of her mother. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a son, James Lee Jenkins.

She is survived by her son, Larry Jenkins II (Brandy), and daughter, Tracy Leard; four grandsons; Robert Leard, Lee Leard, Chase Minga, and Matthew Sherrell; two great grandchildren, Aldrich Leard and Abacus Leard; brother, Jimmy Sivley; and a niece and nephew.
