Obituary

Julian Terry McKibbon passed away peacefully at his home in Greenwood on March 7, 2025.

He was born on March 24, 1949 and graduated from Greenwood High School in 1967. He attended Mississippi Delta Community College and Mississippi State University.

Terry worked for many years as a sales representative for Mississippi Printing Company and Jackson-based Quality Printing Company.

He was pre-deceased by his parents Julian Bingham McKibbon and Helen Terry McKibbon.

Terry is survived by his wife Hilda Hammons McKibbon and children Michael and Amy Rozier of Hattiesburg; Craig and Marcie Rozier of McCarley. Grandchildren Sarah Grace Rozier and Alex Rozier of Hattiesburg; Reed Rozier and Parker Rozier of McCarley.

Other surviving relatives include Allan and Janet Hammons, Jan Hammons, Lisa and Hank Roberts, Bill and Tiffany Hammons, Rob Hammons, Britt and Christopher Carter, George and Celeste Hammons, Andy and Angela Hammons, Dallin and Julie Neilsen, Doug and Ann Neilsen, Richard and Rosie Summers and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Terry's funeral service was conducted on Sunday, March 9th by Reverand Andrew Cheney at the mausoleum of Odd Fellows Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Michael Rozier, Craig Rozier, Alex Rozier, Reed Rozier, Bill Hammons and Andy Hammons.

Honorary pallbearers were Parker Rozier, Allan Hammons, Rob Hammons, and George Hammons.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Greenwood MS Cemetery Association – P. O. Box 1934, Greenwood, MS 38935-1934, or a charity of donor's choice.
