Kenneth Michael Everett, 63, of Vaiden, MS, formerly of Money, MS, passed away December 9, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.

Kenneth was born on April 3, 1960 in Greenwood, MS, to the late James Henry Everett and Lily Flora Day Everett of Money. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, James Troy Everett of Money. Kenneth was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Leflore Baptist Church. He grew up in Money, where he started working at a very young age on the farm with his dad, which led him to be a hardworking man and to know how to do many jobs. He was currently employed as a warehouse manager at Ayres Delta. In his spare time he enjoyed the outdoors and his many hobbies, which included hunting, fishing, and working in the yard. He is remembered as a devoted son, loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Patricia Nester Everett of Vaiden, MS; daughters, Kathryn Everett of Coila, MS, Jaime Rushing (Chad) of Winona, MS, and Toni Storey (Jeff) of Carrollton, MS; son, Ryan Stringfellow of Greenville, MS; brother, Jimmy Ray Everett (Audine) of Avalon, MS; sisters, Earlene Smith of Money, MS, Irene Ferguson of Holcomb, MS, and Nell Lishman (Jack) of Leflore, MS; nineteen grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM at Wilson and Knight Funeral Home and on Wednesday December 13, 2023 from 12:00 PM unitl service time at the funeral home. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 1:00 PM at funeral home with Rev. Gary Tanner and Rev. David Westmoreland officiating. Interment will follow in Holcomb Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lee Smith, Steve Everett, James Ferguson, David Ferguson, Stephen Ray Everett, and Will Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandsons JJ, RJ, Aaron, Brayden, Conner, Ethan, Bryce, Eli, Lucas, Camden, and Langston.
