Laura Dyer Carothers, 63, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away at her residence on Friday, August 8, 2025.

Laura was born on June 19, 1962 in Jackson, Mississippi, to the late Ann Dyer McLemore Carothers and Dr. John Andrew Carothers.  Later moving to Greenwood, she graduated from Pillow Academy in 1980, and the University of Mississippi in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in business.  She spent most of her career in banking, having most recently worked for Memorial Park Funeral Home.

A private graveside service was held in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
