Services for Lovie Carol Smith will be held Monday April 20, 2015 07:00 PM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood, MS 38930
Mrs. Smith, age 69 died on Friday April 17, 2015 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.
She was born on October 14, 1945 in Winona, MS to the late Pleas and Lou Janie Henson Henley and lived in Greenwood most of her life. She retired from Trustmark Bank after many years of service. She loved her family dearly and her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and two sisters Paula Fly and Rhonda Bowie.
She is survived by Daughter, Stephanie (Robert) McBryde of Greenwood, MS. Son, Scott (Dana) Smith of Carrollton, MS. Sister, Norma Costilow of Winona, MS. Brother, Mark Henley of Winona, MS, three Grandchildren James McBryde, Henley McBryde, and Kendall Scott Smith of Carrollton, MS.
Visitation will be held on Monday April 20, 2015 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood. Rev. Brad Hodges will officiate the services.
Memorials may be made to Poplar Springs Cemetery Fund, C/O Sherry Richardson, 315 Tompkins Rd, Kilmichael MS 39747 or donor's choice. Wilson & Knight is in charge.
