Services for Lucille Branum Chatoney will be held Thursday, July 15, 2021 11:00 AM graveside in McNutt Cemetery in Schlater with the Rev. Dr. Scott Wright officiating.

Mrs. Chatoney, age 99, died on Monday, July 12, 2021 at Cleveland Nursing and Rehab.

She was born on November 27, 1921 in Leflore Co, MS, to the late Robert and Lola Green Branum and was a lifelong resident of Schlater. She was a member of Schlater United Methodist Church and retired from South Central Bell Telephone Company. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Walter David Chatoney.

She is survived by her two nephews, John Branum of Greenville, MS, and Hank Branum of Greenwood, MS; and two nieces, Diane Storey of Tampa, FL, and Myra Wilson of Houston, TX.
