Lucille McAlexander Pillow passed away peacefully on September 21, 2013 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, Mississippi. She is survived by her 5 children: Patricia Pillow Faulkner(Dave), Bill Pillow (Debbie), Jimmy Pillow, Helen Pillow Duke (Doug) and Margaret Pillow Coleman (Al). She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, William Harden Pillow; her sister, Peggy McAlexander and her parents, Alma and Jim McAlexander.

Lucille was born January 20, 1923 in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a charter member of Westminster Presbyterian Church serving in multiple positions including Sunday school teacher, Secretary of Explorer Bible Study and an active member of Women In The Church.

We her family and friends celebrate her life with visitation at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and services at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 27, 2013 at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow immediately at Odd Fellows Cemetery in the Pillow family plot. Lucille's honorary Pallbearers are her nephews: Bo Aldridge, Johnny Aldridge, Walter Pillow, George Pillow, Dale Pillow, Watson Pillow and Bob Pillow.
