Marjorie M. Brown, 85, of Greenwood, MS, died Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Indywood Glen Personal Care. Graveside services will be 1 p.m.  Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Choctaw County, MS. Rev. Fletcher Moorman will officiate. Wilson & Knight Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Brown was born September 30, 1931 to Oswalt Mitchell and Velma Young Mitchell. She had retired from Staplcotn. She was a member of North Greenwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.R. Brown and her parents.

Mrs. Brown is survived by two daughters, Jan Logan and husband Ronnie, of Greenville, MS, and Susan Poe and husband Ronnie, of Carrollton, MS; son, Rick Brown and wife Cindy, of Greenwood, MS; twenty-three grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Matt Logan, Brandon Poe, Michael Berry, David Rushing, Shane Williams, and Trey Brown.
