Melinda Brown Williams, 49, of Carrollton died Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at University Medical Center in Jackson.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Burial will be in Moore's Cemetery following the service. Rev. Lanny Haley will officiate.

Melinda was born June 11, 1965 to Cole and Betty Brown. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and was also a graduate of Carroll Academy. She worked at Lawrence Printing Company as a secretary.

Melinda is survived by her daughters Lauren M. Sellars and her husband Matthew Sellars of Itta Bena and Liz B. Raby of Itta Bena, two grandsons Grayson Winters and Brantlee Sellars of Itta Bena. She is also survived by two brothers Terry and Steve Brown of Carrollton and sister Beverly Blalack of Cleveland, and a very special friend Randy Hunt of Carrollton.
