Services for Nell Sanders Tate will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2017 2:00 PM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood, MS.

Mrs. Tate, age 90, died on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Riverview Nursing Home.

She was born on June 14, 1927 in Blaine, MS, to the late David and Emma Beard Wiltshire and lived in Coila, MS. She attended Carrollton Baptist Church and worked at the Coila Post Office for 10 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, W.H. "Hardy" Sanders, son, Jerry Hart Sanders, and a grandson, Hart Turner.

She is survived by her husband, Albert Watson Tate of Coila, MS; three daughters, LaDonna S. Turner of Greenwood, MS, Marsha S. Downs of Carrollton, MS, and Pamela S. Neal (Mike) of Coila, MS; four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home. Rev Fletcher Moorman will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Jesse Yates, Joshua Yates, Evan Eddington, Trent Turner, Paul Shelton, and Colby Galey. Honorary Pallbearers will be Terry Galey, Jerry Galey, and Dr. Michael Boler. Interment will follow in Coila Cemetery.
