Services for Norman Samuel Kenwright will be held Saturday November 21, 2015 11:00 AM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood, MS.

Mr. Kenwright, age 91 died on Wednesday November 18, 2015 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland of Heart Failure

He was born on October 24, 1924 in Greenwood, MS to the late Jack and Clara Mullen Kenwright Sr. and lived in Greenwood all of his life. Mr. Kenwright retired from Liberty National Insurance and from Cruger Tchula Academy. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, was a past member of the Greenwood Lions Club and Civitan Club, and a member of Christ Baptist Church. He was a US Navy Veteran of WWII where he proudly served his country.

He is survived by Wife, of 65 years, Sara Parker Kenwright of Greenwood, MS, three Daughters, Sara Kenwright Pannel of Belzoni, MS, Kay Kenwright Woods of Greenwood, MS, and Leigh Ann Kenwright (Perry) Duggar of Greenville, SC, Sister, Frances Kenwright Minyard of Mandeville, LA, seven Grandchildren, Jackie (Mary Bess) Pannel Jr, Paige Pannel Odom, Michael Stubbs, Greg Stubbs, Mary Aven (Joey) Brower, Evan Duggar, and Aubrey Duggar Anderson, and thirteen great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday November 21, 2015 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood. Rev. Lanny Haley will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Michael Stubbs, Greg Stubbs, Jackie Panel Jr., David Burke, Stephen Parker, and Dale Parker. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry Hovas, Fred Holmes, Chuck Brasher, Fred P. Burke, and Dennis Wilson. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery in Calhoun County.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Disable Veterans, Hospice Ministries of Ridgeland MS, or American Diabetes Association. Wilson & Knight Funeral Home is in charge.
