Olene Grantham, 97 died Friday, January 24, 2014 at Antelope Valley Health Care in Lancaster, California. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Milligan Springs Baptist Church in Stewart, Montgomery County. Visitation will be 1 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2014 until service time. Interment will be in Milligan Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Josh Bingham will officiate. Wilson & Knight Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Grantham was a member of Parkway Baptist Church in Clinton and was baptized at Milligan Springs. She worked numerous jobs during the depression years prior to 45 years as a beautician.

Mrs. Grantham is survived by her son Ed Grantham of Lancaster, CA, daughter Joy Stockton of Mesquite, NV and sister Lenora Williams of Mathiston, MS. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
