Services for Pebble Lary Prophet will be held Thursday July 7, 2016 11:00 AM Graveside in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Mrs. Prophet, age 97 died on Saturday July 02, 2016 at The Bluff Nursing Home in Vicksburg.
She was born on July 31, 1918 in Greenwood, MS to the late James and Lizzie Curtis Lary. Pebble was a 1937 Graduate of Greenwood High School, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Greenwood. She is preceded in death by her husband Lewis Prophet.
She is survived by her caretakers; Brenda Mims of Helena, AL and Linda Taylor of Vicksburg, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday July 7, 2016 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood. Rev Nate Varnier will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Steve Lary, Billy Mims, Michael Marlowe, Gwin Taylor, Kelly Wilkerson, and Jason Wood. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Wilson & Knight is in charge.
