Graveside services for Robert N. Hammons Jr. were held Friday July 31, 2015 at 3:00 PM Graveside in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Mr. Hammons, age 86 died on Tuesday July 28, 2015 at his Residence of Heart Failure
He was born on February 12, 1929 in Greenwood, MS to the late Robert N. and Margaret George Hammons Sr and resided in Greenwood most of his life. He was a retired Auto salesman with Gene Allen Buick. He was a retired US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by wife, Mary Hammons of Greenwood, MS, two daughter Jan Fletcher of Greenwood, MS, and Jeri Mims of Foley, AL, two grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Dr. Billy Ray Stonestreet officiated the services. Burial was in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to French Camp Academy or St John United Methodist Church. Wilson & Knight was in charge. Online guestbook may be signed at www.wilsonandknight.com
