Services for Ronald Boyd Wesley will be held Wednesday, February 06, 2019 11:00 AM at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Teoc, MS.

Mr. Wesley, age 70, died on Sunday, February 03, 2019 at his residence.

He was born on August 05, 1948 in Greenwood, to the late Leon Otis and Lillie Moore Wesley, Sr. and resided in the Greenwood area most of his life. He retired from UPS after 19 years of service and was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. He was the sexton of Mt. Pisgah Cemetery for several years and was the custodian for Christ Baptist Church in Greenwood. He took pride in the upkeep of the Duke family property. He is preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Christopher Caleb Wesley, sister, Dorothy Wesley, and a brother, Leon Wesley.

He is survived by his wife, Frances Duke Wesley of Carrollton, MS; daughter, Rolonda Wesley (Christopher) Clay of Oxford, MS; son, Ronald Bryan Wesley of Jackson, MS; two step daughters, Mychell (Rut) Ussery of Greenwood, MS, and Sherry Nelson (Kelly) McQueen of Greenwood, MS; nine grandchildren, Dylan Wesley, Bojack Gray, Cara Gray, Mignon Hodges, Sara Jane Cole, Betsy Clark Belk, Hunter Ussery, Shelby Ussery Gorman , and Dillon Ussery, and eight great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Rev. Lanny Haley and Rev. Dennis McKay will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Jon Cole, Trey Hodges, Billy Hopper, Travis Goss, Earl Prewitt, Ronnie Minga, Adron Belk, Christopher Clay, and Jerry Carver. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rut Ussery and Kelly McQueen. Interment will follow in Mt Pisgah Cemetery.
