Services for Ruth O'Neal Williams will be held Saturday, May 18, 2019 2:00 PM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood, MS.

Mrs. Williams, age 93, died on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.

Mrs. Williams was born on April 22, 1926 in Vaiden, MS, to the late Albert and Sally Elizabeth Jackson O'Neal. She retired from Supreme Electronics after 30 years of service and was a member of First Baptist Church. She loved the Lord and was a servant of God her whole life. Ruth was a caregiver to all. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ira B. Williams, and a son, Terry W. Williams.

She is survived by her two daughters, Jennifer (Larry) Kelly of Greenwood, MS, and Sherry Williams of Avalon, MS; son, John Williams of Avalon, MS; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Rev Terry Barnes will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Gage Gammill, Anthony Gammill, Mitch Williams, Eddie Fancher, Larry Wayne Kelly, and Mitch Morris. Honorary Pallbearers will be Zach Fancher, Grayson Gammill, and Mitchell Morris. Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
