Sara Virginia Steen, (Tittie), 82, died Sunday morning October 6, 2013 at her daughter's home in Picayune, MS. Graveside services are 10 A.M. Tuesday Oct. 8, 2013 at Odd Fellows Cemetery with Dr. Joe Pate officiating. Visitation is from 9-10 Tuesday at the funeral Home.

Mrs. Steen was born in Philipp, MS to Tollie and Della Mae Tracey Sivley. A Mother is with us always, first in her lifetime, then forever in memory. She was a member of Lyon Baptist Church, a loving and devoted homemaker for her husband and three girls. She was preceded in death by her husband George Steen, her parents, her brothers, Tollie, James and Hubert and a sister, Dot.

She is survived by three daughters, Tollese Trahan and her husband Robert of Lafayette, LA, Gene Ballard and her husband Richard of Lanet, Al, Kathy Dickerson and her husband Donnie of Picayune, MS, a sister, Emily Byrd and husband Jack, sisters-in-law Marlene McGehee, and Ann Sivley all from Greenwood, MS, seven grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving Steen Family.

Pallbearers will be George Byrd, Greg Byrd, Marwin Emert, Bubba Fennell, Ray Steen and Billy Steen.
