Terry Wayne Green, 68 of Greenwood died Friday, January 15, 2016 at his residence. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Monday, January 18, 2016 at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home. Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. til service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Rev. Peter Gray will officiate. Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Post #29. Wilson & Knight Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Terry was born January 24, 1947 to Marvin D. Green and Dorothy Moss Green in Greenwood. He was a communicant of the Episcopal Church of the Nativity. Terry was a banker and retired from the Bank of Commerce. He loved golf, Mississippi State athletics and his grandchildren. He was a major in the United States Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his father Marvin D. Green and a brother-in- law James H. Gardner.
He is survived by his wife of 48 and a half years Diane Case Green of Greenwood, his son Terry W. Green, Jr. and wife Kimberly of Starkville and two grandchildren, Dawson and Laighton Brooke of Starkville. He is also survived by his brother Glenn Green and wife Linda of Carrollton, sister Ann Gardner of Little Rock, AR and mother Dorothy M. Green of Greenwood, Ms.
