Services for Theressa Gibson Holliman will be held Sunday, December 24, 2017 2:00 PM graveside in Itta Bena Cemetery.

Mrs. Holliman, age 61, died on Friday, December 22, 2017 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital from complications of pneumonia.

She was born on December 27, 1955 in Leflore County, MS, to the late Sammy and Nora Jean Kelly Gibson and resided in the Sidon area all of her life. Mrs. Holliman was a graduate of MDCC and worked for Scott Petroleum as an accounts payable supervisor for 33 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Itta Bena, MS, and was the past president of Arts for Success in Greenwood. She enjoyed making pottery, photography, flowers and hummingbirds.

She is survived by her husband, Howard Holliman of Sidon, MS; son, Chris (Lynn) Holliman of Greenville, MS; sister, Sherry (Danny) Holliman of Sidon, MS; brother, Ricky Gibson of Sidon, MS; four nephews, 5 great nieces, and 2 great nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 24, 2017 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood. Rev. Higdon Herrington will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Casey Alderman, Billy Ussery, Jerry McLean, Nicholas O'Neal, Nathan O'Neal, and Andy Holliman. Honorary Pallbearer will be Bret Holliman. Interment will follow in Itta Bena Cemetery.
