Velma Louise Roberson's Obituary
Velma Louise Roberson, 84 of Greenwood died Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Golden Age Nursing Home. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, January 28 2016 at Odd Fellows Cemetery. Rev. Dustin Long will officiate.
Mrs. Roberson was born August 26, 1931 in Moorhead to Joshua Daniel Lowery and Jenny Mae Standard Lowery and she spent most of her adult life in Greenwood. She was a charter member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Mrs. Roberson was preceded in death by her husband Doris M. "Bob" Roberson and grandson Jason Darrell Roberson.
Mrs. Roberson is survived by her sons Tom Roberson of Carrollton, MS, Ken Roberson of Bolton, MS, Tim Roberson of Cordova, TN and four grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
