Ray McDonald "Woody" Woodson II passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at his home. The service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19 at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity in Greenwood. There will be a graveside service on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Marlow Cemetery in Gadsden, TN.

Mr. Woodson worked as a District Sales Manager for Monsanto for the past fifteen years. In addition to serving on the Delta Wildlife Board, he was a member of Delta Council, the Mississippi Agricultural Industry Council Board of Directors, the Mississippi Seedsmen's Association, and the Greenwood Farmers Club. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret "Bitsy" Wyatt Woodson.

He is survived by his father, Ray McDonald Woodson of Gadsden, TN, his wife, Kathy Bledsoe Woodson, of Schlater, his two sisters, Meg Woodson of Gadsden, TN and Beth Smith of Alamo, TN, two children, Katie Dale of Glendora and Lewis Buford of Conway, AR, two grandchildren, Jane Kimmel and Stella Buford, and two nieces, Lily and Sydney Smith.

Pallbearers are Allan Bledsoe, Lewis Buford, Daniel Dale, Hayes Harris, Andersen Lucic, Thomas Lucic, and Bryan Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Marlow Cemetery in Gadsden, TN, Cypress Methodist Church in Bells, TN, or the Episcopal Church of the Nativity in Greenwood.
